General Rules

1. No multi-clanning.
You are not allowed to be in two clans in one game at the same time. For example, if you play AoE2, you can't be in CC and "ZZ" at the same time. However, if you're a CC member in one division, you can be in another clan at another game. For example, being [CC]Chair at DF but [PP]Chair at JJ2.

2. Wearing the tag.
You are required to wear our clan-tag, "CC". This goes for all divisions, with the exception of RO and AoE3, since being in those divisions will automatically give you the proper tag. Variations like [CC]blabla, blabla[CC], CCblabla, blablaCC, CC_blabla or blabla_CC are all possible. On the forums and on JJ2 we prefer "CC" at the end of the name, on the chatbox, AoE2, Civ4 and SSB we prefer [CC] in front of the name.

3. Proper behaviour.
Please behave well when playing on-line. Don't do anything stupid that could give CC a bad reputation.
No cheating!

4. Division hopping.
When you are a full-fledged member of one division (no trial/applicant), you are welcome to join any of the other CC divisions without tryouts. No exceptions.

ECC Specific Rules

1. Total loyalty.
When you're an ECC member, you are required to be in CC in all current CC games (unless you don't play them, of course). This means that if you are, for example, AoE3 GameLeader, and you play JJ2 as well, you aren't allowed to join any clan but CC there. Yes, being ECC comes with a great responsibility and distinction, and we only want the most loyal members to be ECC. CC on all games.
Of course you are still free to join any clan on games that aren't CC divisions.

2. Keep the administration up-to-date!
If your division gets a new member, or a member leaves, it's your job as GameLeader or Vice-GameLeader to update the memberlist. Try to do this within a week. Note: all ECC's have FTP access to the folder with the memberlists.

3. MSN.
As an Elite Cracco Clan member, you need to have MSN (and be online often!) for when there is something important to discuss. Normal members are recommended to use MSN as well, but they don't have to if they don't want to.

4. Voting.
Every now and then, there is an ECC vote about some decision (usually regarding a specific member or a specific division). These votings usually take place at MSN or at the private "ECC Only" subforum at our forums.

Cracco Clan Message Board Rules

1. No spamming is allowed on the communications systems (outside of the spam forum).
Spamming, by definition, is any unwanted post. These include off-topic and pointless posts.
No advertisements of any type, whether commercial product or service or another clan (excluding CC) can be posted.
It is okay to recommend a product, but do not advertise it.
Spamming is allowed on the spam forum, which may or may not be up by the time you read this.
Spamming includes talking about nothing and posting in the wrong forum.
You may not, by any means of communication or file transfer, attempt to infect another CC member with a virus, Trojan horse, worm, timebomb, or any other malicious code.

2. No flaming is allowed on the communication systems.
Flaming includes personal attacks, or any harsh or negative comment towards another member.
Swearing and cursing (any use of a derogatory term worse than "damn" or racist, sexist, or sexual remark) is not allowed.
Any posts violating any of these rules are subject to editing and deletion.
You may receive a warning for any of these being broken.

3. Please use English in the regular communication systems (outside of the Dutch forum).
Only post non-English items to the forums specifically for other languages.
Do not post any content in the language-specific forums that could be posted in the English forums.
The same rules apply to the non-English forums as the regular forums.

4. No posting "bad" content.
Do not post porn.
Do not post a virus. This is an especially nice way to get banned.
Do not post anything explicit in nature, unless it is just an emoticon.
Do not post links leading to malicious or gross-out content.
DO NOT post any terrorist, racist, homophobic, or generally dumb content. Another fantastic way to make sure that you never post again.

5. Listen to the message board staff.
Follow the directions of the friendly moderators and administrators.
Insulting or disobeying moderators and administrators can lead to warnings.
If anyone outranking you asks you to change a message or signature, upon administrative approval, you must.

6. Use common sense.
Do not do anything that would get anyone mad.
Don't do anything that would make moderator and administrator's jobs harder, because they are just trying to keep the board a pleasant environment.
If you don't like the board, post elsewhere. It's that simple.
Do not advertise other message boards.

7. Warnings.
Committing any of these acts can lead to topic closure and/or warnings and/or banning.
These crimes vary in punishment, and can go from a warning to banning, depending on crime.
Chiyu or the entire ECC, depending on Chiyu's wishes, dictates the final punishment.
