HolidaysHere, finally, another newsletter. It's a shame I can't release newsletters that often; comes from a lack of material :(.So please keep sending me stories, articles, etc.! The more stuff I get, the more often I can release a newsletter ;). On a sidenote, you won't be seeing Grytolle, Anakin, Vegito, Dx, McDragon, Sanderstijl or me from the 5th of August till the 12th of August since we're going on a joint-holiday to Belgium. Cya. =P

Ok so, the first CC newspaper preview. Why a preview? Well because: 1. I like this game, getting it legal and everyone should know the game so that maybe more ppl will buy it and we can play it online. 2. The demo has just been released allowing to play online 32vs32 which is rather 'stunning' :-). So this preview is morely based on the demo, which is not a work in progress, it's a finished game, graphic/sound settings are finetuned. The limitation of the demo vs the entire game is: 1. just one level 2. Just the middle part of the level can be played which is still pretty large 3. Not yet an option to play with the Chinese troops 4. No online statistics of yourself which you can look up in the game itself in the 'headquarters'. Ok well, everyone can just check the demo out by clicking this link. Note: 1gb of DDR400 memory is required and at least a descend 128mb graphics card with a 2gb cpu. EA has a nice fan site kit available in the downloads section too, so check it out on: www.eagames.com 
Why is this game imo so good, that I'm actually buying it?! (Am I insane?) Well first of all, because I just liked it's predesessor BF:1942 and BF:Vietnam. Second because I just like realistic FPS games. And third because I just love the fact it's inside really big area's fighting with so many characters around you, with the option of using all kinds of vehicles (tanks, planes, jeeps, boats, machine guns etc). Surely, if you've read the "Battlefield 1942" review (or if not and you're just comparing the games) than you'd say "hmm, why is this game so much different?" Well, the game setup isnt different, they just added a lot more options, they added more vehicles and guns, there's a complete new level pack with much bigger levels, the graphics and sound are really stunning, AND the online experience you'll get has been improved. In what ways and why will follow in this preview. 
The options. The options of calling air support and such are still available but next to that you can now request ppl for a 'pick up', they'll see a red dot on the map indicating there's someone not in the mood for walking. This new Battlefield also has 'teamspeak'. For the ones not knowing what this is: it's for talking online to your team mates through a headset, you can give them orders (or get orders) to improve the tactics of the game (surely, typing is slower and you cant always be reading everything they say) or just to chat away with friends :P. Another fine option is requestion ammo, a plan can drop packages with ammo so everyone who stands next to it (from that team) get's ammo. Also the option of requesting a medic is very handy, when someone selects to be a medic you'll get a machine gun and your standard pack + a medical equipment. It's very easy to use, just stand next to your friend in need and he'll be healed automatically. It's very very handy and really improves the tactics of the game. Last but not least is the option about forming a squad and being the 'commander' You can form a squad of I dunno how much ppl but much, and you'd just walk around with them, they'll stick together and if you lose them you can easily find them because the location of squad members are indicated on the map. You can also be a commander but as goes for the squad option, I cant tell you anything about it yet, because I dont know how this works yet, still have to find out. Well there are many more new options which I just can't remember right now, so you'll just have to find out for yourself! 
The vehicles and guns. Again avaiable: allot of vehicles and guns. Only this time the vehicles and guns arent WW2 style, but nowadays style. Meaning you can actually fly Mig planes F-16's appaches, new tanks with rader, use heat seeking missiles for stunning dog fights, etc etc. The online experience. This time they've taken the online part even more serious. They've added a 'community'. This is a place where you can: Chat away with other BF2 players, see the stats of yourself and others, get support (patches eg) manage your budy list, Create a clan, and so on. And as I said in the beginning of this preview, in the 'headquarters' you can see your own stats more throughly, what ranking you have for each lay out (mechanic, medic, assault, sniper, anti-tank, heavy weapons and special ops) and what you've earned so far (bonusses) The Ranking goes from common soldier all the way up to general. Ok that's it for now, if your pc can handle this game, you really shouldnt even think about getting the game, just get it, and I'll see you online later ;-). Wow I just dont know where to start well lets begin with my Expectations: I readed about the updates, like swimming in the water, more buildings to walk in, more cars/weapons etc well i expected a bit better looking Gta 3 version with 3 city's just like in the first gta 3 ( like with vc ( vice city ) it was claimed that the cities together would be 2 times as big as in the first gta3 which wasnt true ) I also just didnt like vc as it was reflected to the 80'ies, and gta3 and SA are just more from our time, which i preffer. I mainly had much expitations about the clothing, gans, hairstyle's tattoo's and fat system Well we start the game and it was still the GTA 3 engine, i'l start by gameplay, the fighting mode has been improved actually, its much more fun to beat someone up now, also the shooting mode is much better now, gameplay did improve very good because you can now also walk during shooting. Next stop, graphics, well these are improved as well, the cars look much better now, unlike in vc where the cars looked like crap, this really got fixed g00d, next is models, the people also look a bit better, but i think the number of models of the people in the city is limited, i expected a lot off different models so you woudnt see the same people/same model but that was rather dissapointing, even RCT3 did better on this part. Also there isnt a big nummer off different cars i think, And weapons is just the same, there are some few new additions trough. Its the air detail and the fog that makes SA a great grapichs game, top class really how the sky looks like, the weather details are reflected really, nice only what SA needs is the water from HL2, because it hasnt even reflection yet, there is reflection trough, when it rains on the street. The rain has much more detail now, but maybe too much. 
The game: Well this time the cities werent really 2 times as big as in vc again as was claimed like before, but the world itself is like 4 times bigger than the old GTA3 and vice city, in the previous 2 gta 3 versions, there was just a bridge seperating the cities, now there is a very loong road like in real-life seperating them, this gives the game athmosphere, because there are also small cities, or neighboorhoods across the roads, i really like it. You can also drive the train, finaly take the plain, and much more. And I played all GTA games so far.... Sounds: There is athmosphere in the game, the main characters voices are great, you can actually respond iff anyone on the street swears at you, and it may turn out in a fight, sometimes people are having conversations which each other on the streets, or even more cool they are sometimes even actually holding hands !!! very nice feature me thinks. Music: the music is better than in vc but not better than in GTA 3 however you always have your own mp3 player in your car. 
Well i forgot to mention, the fire also looks better, now, i'm pointing to the extra mini games stuff, extra buildings and the fat system, i expected more off these, to be honest, and less off what turned to be out great. I havent had any trouble yet with getting fat in my sp game, and i found out you never will when you only eat healthy food, the muscle system is cool, really cool, gta is kinda a rpg game now, there are some mini games, but there will bore you quickly, you can enter many buildings but the number off different kinds off buildings is limited, and wherever the shop is, every kind off a buildings shop looks the same from inside. What can i say more, you can swim, finaly, i actually tried swimming to the other city you cant access from start, when you get on land, the police will be chasing you with 4 stars, you're not much likely to survive, i went trough the whole city before i died trough, i could atleast check it out, however you cant enter buildings etc, however if you'd cheat you'd have all the time to check the city out from start. I also thought that there was to much police, especially in vc, from previous gta games, this has actually been limited, which is also ofcource, more realistic. However the police still doesnt hunt you down when they see you riding trough red light. you can also climb fetches, walls or break benches etc, just like in dooms 3 expansion pack ( roe ) there is much more "movable stuff" added What can i say about the replay system, there are missions, which i didnt really enjoy to much so far, but imo GTA was never there for the missions, but just for the killing, riding etc but there are a lot off missions. 
ConclusionWell I really like the game, but I still like Hl2 more, Hl2 has a real story, not to mention gta3:SA hasnt, but Hl2 is more a story game, and continueing, a game like GTA, which may be considered as sim game becuase it can be completed but still be played after, I just mean the purpose of the gta games, and like I also said, gta was never there for the missions, can really be a great game, but can never be a best game.Worth playing: Certainly you really miss something if you dont. This is a movie not many people will like. Those who DO like it, will find it awesome. The grim style of the movie can be compared to the Max Payne games. The artistic way of showing the movie, really weird-violent matters, a depressive atmosphere hanging around it, the fact that it’s 99% black and white is really something that separates this movie from most other movies. The movie isn’t hard to understand, the subject’s are very plain. Though the movie can be called very philosophical. The fact that it’s black and white with just a few items in the whole movie coloured, really gives you a depressed feeling the movie wants to bring out. Further the dialogues between the characters are plain and realistic though it gives you something to think about in the long run. As in the Max Payne games as well as in this movie, there’s a lot of dialogue about the thoughts of the key personnels. These thoughts make up the biggest part of the philosophical taint of the movie. 
To understand the movie you’d just have to watch it once, but to fully understand all of it you’d better watch it a second time. The movie has multiple story lines which are shown in parts in no normal order (like Memento or Pulp Fiction). In the end if you’d watch real careful, you’d find out all the story lines are linked. The first time I watched this movie, I didn’t see the connection between ALL the story lines and that doesn’t really matter because I still understood and enjoyed the movie. I’d rather call it a good thing, because as I said, if you’d watch it for a second time you’d see ALL the connections which makes the movie fun to watch a second time. ‘Sin’ in the title ‘Sin City’ stands for sinister, maybe that’s a better word than the word I used: depressive. So that makes it a ‘sinister city’, they made the entire city feel sinister by showing you multiple storylines, which are all very sinister. Ok enough for me explaining the title. 
I think I know what you’re thinking, I think it’s either two things: 1. “oh god if this movie is as horrible as this review, then why do I even bother reading this?” 2. “Whoa, tell me what’s it about but don’t be a spoiler ‘cuz I got to see this one!” If you’re thinking #1, then indeed don’t bother watching the movie because it will most likely don’t be a movie that interests/amuses you. If you’re thinking #2, then read on and I’ll tell you a few things it’s about without being a spoiler. As I said, the movie is depressing meaning there are no happy things going on, corruption, rapists (you wont see anyone raped though), thieves, whores, serial killers (in a very dirty way) and more awaits you in this pretty bloody movie. These keyword themes, are the subjects of the story lines (A story line about a serial killer, about corrupted minds etc). If I’d say anything else about the movie I might spoil the fun, so I’m not gonna tell you another damn thing about the movie, see for yourself! Sound: 8 Special Effects: 9.5 Story: 9 Overall: 9-

Ingredients: - 1 l / 0.26 gal of Vanilla Ice Cream - 0,7 dl / 2.37 oz of passion fruit pulp, either fresh or out of a can - 0,7 dl / 2.37 oz of concentrated orange juice - 140 g / 4.9384 oz of fresh mango or papaya Extra passion fruit pulp and fruits. Considering it’s called tropical, fruits like pineapples, strawberries and bananas could suit well. The Easy Way (using the standard Vanilla Ice Cream from the supermarket) 1. Soften the Ice Cream a bit. Fifteen minutes outside of the fridge/freezer is enough. 2. Add the passion fruit pulp and the orange juice. Mix it with a fork. 3. Scoop with a metal spoon the mango or the papaya. Freeze the substance at least 6 hours. Serve the ice cream with extra pulp or fresh fruit. 
The Hard Way (the most delicate way, but this takes a lot of time! - this is how to make vanilla ice cream yourself. After you have done this, you need to do step 2 and 3 of the easy way) You need to have (for 1,2 l / 0.32 gal of Vanilla Ice Cream): - 180 g / 6,3493 oz of white sugar - 2 vanilla sticks, chopped in the length (a few drops of vanilla essence can also be used) - 2,5 dl / 8,45 oz of milk - 6 egg thaws, clutched - 0,5 l / 0,13 gal of cream 
1. Put the sugar and the vanilla sticks / vanilla essence in a fireproof bowl and add the milk. Put this bowl in a pan of boiling water. Mix this until this milk substance is boiling, too. 2. Get the milk substance off the water. Add the egg thaws in this bowl. Clutch this mixture carefully and good. 3. Now put this bowl again in the boiling water, and stir it on low heat until the mixture will stick on the back of a spoon. Get it off the fire and then cool it down. Cover it with plastic to prevent that there will be a ‘skin’ on it. If it’s cold enough, mix the cream through the mixture and then put it in the refrigerator for two hours. 4. If you used vanilla sticks, then you have to remove it. Scrape the marrow of these sticks and stir it through the mixture. Throw the sticks away. 5. Put the mixture in a metal bowl for 3 hours, until it will become a bit hard. Then mix the substance again and then put it back in the freezer for about 4 hours. Also, recently shaney has also been talking about TWWS's, and QWWS's which are probably something related to DWWS, although you have to ask shaney about that. JJ2 june 4th 2001 Case kees debuts , jj2 was a very nice comunity to play in in my debut meeting 4 good friends Xan Trunkz(spybunny CC) Dazzler(a cousin), and Elrick(leader of BoD, zo it started off very nice joining a clan called TRS, owned by a player called sniper , not knowing one week later the clan was dying , so i took it over and TrS metamorhped in BRS\BRG best rabbit soldiers \ Best rabbit clan (noobish name) while kicking in with the BRG clan the clan counted 3 old members , i forgotten, the names i later when i left BRG to die , joined a clan JKM(really noobish clan where i meeted a good player called joey JKM (now known as Backslash , i left the JKM clan in 2002 to begin the foundation of 2 clans merging GoTC Gods of terror clan , and TMC The mill clan 2 dutch clans that merged to the power force of DroP Da rabbits of power (dutch rabbits of power) the clan lasted 5 months counting 60 members members like Matt Sndr(MC Duck) It Luna(essy) and many more strong fighters, later i was double clanning, 2 clans Beeing elite member leader of Drop and Elite member of the ginyu clan owned by then allready a good friend called mechanic i went in the clan as ginyu Drop 
then mid 2002 i left both clans to join Spybunnies RoR(Rabbits of rage clan ) it went very well since at that moment Vasser metamorhped again to Axe as co second leader of RoR to getter with his cousin Axeman (who later deceased after a tragic scooter accident :() 2002 was a terrible year for me i left then RoR to help a guy called Bunnyelmer get a name for his new clan beeing called XD(xtreme dreambunnies) Axe changed then the name to Thermidor\Shaney0 , i left the clan cause it wasnt were my heart was so me and a good friend decided to help The BR> clan(the brothers) by building a co clan of BR> TnT (the national toasters)(lame name we actially stole from TT Total toasters) TnT had good members but it couldnt survive since the strongest leader and foundation of the clan left Spybunny decided to join CC(craccoclan) a clan i have in that time never heard from , i decided to join BR> as a very loyal member , a month later i left the bastard clan (reason all leaders left the clan) then i decided to take break from jj2 the break that was made began begin 2003 and enden end in the meanwhile as a lone fighter i fighted JDC as axe in jdc6 surprising friends and enemy to proclaim the 37th place ,and at JDC 7 every one saw what type of fighter i was i proclaimed the 27rth place , 
Begin 2004 Shaney returns without a 0 in the name january Shaney join DR (dragoons rage ) to later double betray the clan for XsD and for CD(CD died DR died) i then turned my back against my co leader of CD By betraying him to join in june the 4th the Craccoclan Nick aka maurader hated the clan very bad i didnt care in my CC time i returned to JDC at JDC 9 proclaiming 25th place the time in CC was very hard PC died talking with the BC (Balcan clan ) my pc died and i was having enough contact (with special, thnx to grytolle by sms , about how CC was standing) i returned to jj2 in december 2004\january 2005, later in february leaving CC :( in a big fight with nimrod , then i was beginnen to shape with master Sven a CC talent that i just took out the clan without anyone knowing what he was doing to shape RC\RL Revealed legends , RL died and actually became a old clan LB (legendary blades ) the time for me in LB was hard very hard it showed me once again to be a clan leader you need to take pressure like the planning of LB vs CC and LB vs CC 2 in jj2wc2 was pretty hard for me Members that didnt show up (IL CC) members that called of the tourney for that fight Saddam LB and Stunner LB Criss was at school , then i knew i had to think of something then in the rematch i luckily had IL at our side and master sven to still be in competition with CC it didnt work LB died cause the presure of power abuse got the best of us ,Ever since then i havent had a clan didnt care me

Sports updatesby AnakinRecent Sport Results: Tour the France: Lance Armstrong ( USA ) has won the tour the france for the 7th time, he claimed that it was the end off his carreer. Lance armstrong survived cancer earlier. Basso from Italy and Jan Ulrich from Germany managed to get the second and 3rd place. 
Soccer: Ajax has completly failed in their own tournament, after losing 0-1 VS Arsenal, they also lost 0-1 to Boca Juniors. Feyenoord instead, won their seasons oppening match, easy by beating Herta BSC with 3-0. In the europian cup qualifiers where some suprising results, Celtic was owned by Bratislava with 5-0. also Borrusia Dortmund is not having a long europian cup run this season. But not all results where suprising, the Dutch Roda JC ( from limburg tom :P ) lost by 4-0 against Valencia, altrough there is still a return match to play there is little hope left for a longer europian tour for Roda JC. Horseridding: Anky van Grunsven ( holland ) became europian champion at horsedresure. 
Baseball: The Netherlands are europian champions after beating Italy easily with 15-0 in the finals. Swimming: There was also swimming, USA ended up with the most points, the Netherlands 2 best players where injuried :(.
